Filtration Glass Grit
Bellemare pool filtration glass is made from 100% recycled, crushed, polished and screened glass and is ideal for salt and chlorine systems. It optimizes filtration efficiency and retains particles 4 times smaller than some conventional media. The grains round shape considerably reduces the proliferation of bacteria and incidentally, chlorine consumption. In addition, metal oxides contained in the glass give it a negative charge that contributes to the improvement of water clarity and purity. The glass is safe to handle and does not present any risk of damage to filtration equipment.
