What do our employees think of their supervisors?

Several employees from our sectors were put through an unusual exercise: we asked them to give the main qualities of their supervisors!

They were also asked to provide an example of how these qualities apply to the workplace at Groupe Bellemare. Here are the fascinating results we obtained:

They are attentive to their colleagues’ needs and concerns, creating a working environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
