We start the week with a running club on Monday at noon. This club can be attended to as training for official events such as the Défi Entreprises, the Défis du Parc and the Nicolet Triathlon. 

Then there are Zumba, Step and Yoga classes, three times a week, right after work hours. It’s the best way to decompress from your day without intruding too much on your evening!

7. Our truckers live the “vanlife” in their own truck.

What are our trucks like? They are all state-of-the-art trucks! None of our trucks are old or outdated. In fact, we just received a delivery of 10 brand new trucks. They are literally little mobile apartments: bed, fridge, microwave, screen and everything else you need to have the best quality of life on the road! 

8. Very Affordable Daily Menus in the Cafeteria

You won’t have to eat the same thing over and over again or rush to pack a lunch every night! Our cafeteria prepares delicious, healthy meals and the daily menu is more than affordable. 

The service is very human and personalized. The cooks always pay attention to allergies. When we talk about the human side, we mean that Carole and Isabelle who will call you by your first name from your first days at Bellemare (they know everyone’s name)!

Pro tip: you won’t want to miss the famous turnovers prepared every Friday. They’re incredible!

We love technology! Our field employees hardly ever use paper. All operations that were manual in the past are now automated or digitized to avoid “paperwork” as much as possible. In addition to being more productive and faster, it’s good for the environment.
