The main objective of our committee is to provide management tools while providing particular support to employees who feel isolated. The Green Committee

The Health and Safety Committee
The Health and Safety Committee is made up of employees and supervisors who play a crucial role in promoting a safe work environment, ensuring that each individual works safely and uses appropriate equipment.
Prior to each committee meeting, a designated responsible person conducts an inspection to ensure that the workplace complies with established safety standards. The committee acts as a proactive force by proposing preventive solutions stemming from the analysis of incidents since the last meeting. It also serves as the focal point for all issues related to health and safety at work, as well as potentially hazardous situations.
With three active SST committees (Environment, Abrasives Plans 1 and 2, and Headquarters comprising TBL Management, Bellemare Management, TBI, Abrasives, and Concrete), the commitment to safety is distributed across various sectors of the company. Health and Wellness Committee
The Health and Wellness Committee believes that the health and well-being of employees are fundamental pillars of Groupe Bellemare's culture and values.

The recent achievement of level 2 recognition of Enterprise in Health attests to our commitment to employee health. Collision Committee
The Collision Committee, initiated by the compliance team, plays an essential role focused on prevention and training within our company. The committee is responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into specific or recurring incidents of a material nature.
Relying on the participation of members from various sectors such as the mechanical workshop, compliance, directors, and drivers, our monthly meetings provide an opportunity to gather diverse perspectives.
The fundamental objective of the committee is to better understand incidents while establishing statistics to assess our current position. This approach ultimately aims to reduce the number of incidents, reflecting our commitment to safety and prevention within the organization.
Harassment and Violence Prevention Unit
Groupe Bellemare remains firmly committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment, aiming to preserve the integrity of its employees under all circumstances.
