In order to motivate and retain our current employees and even attract future talent, we want to offer everyone who works at Groupe Bellemare a stimulating and attractive workplace.
We offer an exceptional work environment where employees have access to a host of services. At our head office, we offer a cafeteria service where delicious healthy meals are served, prepared on site by our cooks Carole and Isabelle.
As we have several sites where our workers evolve, we have decided to set up a pilot project in our Plan 1 in order to allow our employees to obtain meals from a vending machine, at a reasonable cost.
Thus, this morning we received our first delivery of Goutez Plan B ready-to-eat meals, delivered directly by the owner Jean-Philippe Brûlé.
" We have worked hard over the past year to provide optimal working conditions for our Plan 1 employees. Among other things, we have built a new storage building in which we have fitted out a meal area and changing rooms with bathrooms and shower. The idea of installing a vending machine with ready-to-eat meals is the logical continuation of all these improvements ” mentions Serge Bellemare, President of Groupe Bellemare.
