It was last week that we inaugurated our new building in Plan 1.A new building designed for our employees, at their request.
For the occasion, all our employees were invited to celebrate during a 4@6 directly in the warehouse. On the menu: guided tours, live music, food truck, beverages, and fun!
The idea of modernizing our infrastructure was submitted by employees with the goal of improving their working conditions. In addition to the new cafeteria with a vending machine offering delicious Goutez Plan B meals, employees now benefit from a brand new changing room including lockers, bathrooms and showers. The building also serves as a warehouse and mechanical workshop.
This project is our employees’s, but also our sectors’s since they participated in it at the right time. Demolition, Containers, Bulk Transport, Sandpits, Concrete and RCC Paving (Roller-compacted concrete) have all been working since Day 1.
