We are proud to announce that Groupe Bellemare, a family-owned business rooted in the region for 65 years, has officially partnered with the 59th Final of the Jeux du Québec, which will take place in Trois-Rivières in the summer of 2025. By becoming a partner of this major event, we reaffirm our commitment to the community and youth sports.
Values aligned with the 59th Final
Even before Trois-Rivières was chosen as the host city for this edition of the Games, Groupe Bellemare was already determined to get involved.
“As soon as Trois-Rivières raised its hand to host a Final of the Jeux du Québec, we were ready to join the adventure. Community involvement is a core value for us. Supporting youth sports is an investment in the future, and we are very proud to be partners in this significant event,” explains Serge Bellemare, President of Groupe Bellemare.
Collective mobilization of our teams
Organizing the largest multi-sport event in Quebec requires more than just financial and material resources: it also demands exceptional human involvement. Over 3,000 volunteers will be needed to ensure the success of the Final, and our employees are already motivated to contribute.
“Our employees always give their best, and many have proposed forming a group of volunteers to further enhance our support. It’s a great source of pride for me to see their enthusiasm and dedication. Yes, we are fully committed,” adds Mr. Bellemare.
A unifying event for our region
The 59th Final of the Jeux du Québec will bring together more than 3,500 athletes representing 19 delegations. These young participants will compete in 18 sports disciplines from July 25 to August 2, 2025, across 12 competition sites in Trois-Rivières. Nearly 130,000 visitors are expected, and the event is projected to generate economic spinoffs of approximately $20 million for the region.
Martin Leblanc, Chair of the Final’s Board of Directors, emphasized the importance of our involvement: “Seeing local companies like Groupe Bellemare actively participate is inspiring. Their active contribution will enrich the unique experience that young athletes and their families will have.”
