Here are the fascinating results we obtained:<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u201cSupervisors <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>listen<\/strong><\/span>.\u201d<\/h3>\r\n<p>They are attentive to their colleagues\u2019 needs and concerns, creating a working environment where everyone feels heard and valued.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>At work<\/strong>, it allows us to be better informed and to fully understand each individual\u2019s situation.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u201cSupervisors are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>flexible<\/strong><\/span>.\u201d<\/h3>\r\n<p>They stand out for their conciliatory approach to the family reality of their teams, understanding that each member has his or her own responsibilities outside of work and encouraging a healthy work-life balance.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>At work<\/strong>, it ensures that many unforeseen events (such as arriving late to take your child to daycare) are understood and not reprimanded.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u201cSupervisors are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>understanding<\/strong><\/span>.\u201d<\/h3>\r\n<p>Our supervisors embrace diversity and understand everyone\u2019s different realities. They ensure that everyone feels included and respected, fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>At work<\/strong>, supervisors can easily put themselves in employees\u2019 shoes in a variety of situations.<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u201cSupervisors have a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>good sense of humour<\/strong><\/span>.\u201d<\/h3>\r\n<p>Our supervisors\u2019 sense of humour (they\u2019ll be happy to read that!) adds a light, friendly touch to Groupe Bellemare&#8217;s work environment. They know when it\u2019s appropriate to lighten the mood, while maintaining their professionalism when necessary.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>At work<\/strong>, we can have fun while working!<\/p>\r\n<h3>\u201cSupervisors <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>trust <\/strong><\/span>us.\u201d<\/h3>\r\n<p>Groupe Bellemare supervisors give their teams the autonomy they need, and show them unwavering trust.
