On June 19, Les Aigles de Trois-Rivières officially inaugurated their new lounge space with their two partners: Groupe Bellemare and Groupe Somavrac.
The lounge, named “Lounge Groupe Somavrac / Groupe Bellemare” is installed in a 40-foot container and it offers baseball fans a singular experience: attending the game directly on the field of the stadium, in the left field. If the lounge is an innovation for the Birds, the idea of creating such a space on the baseball field is probably a first in the world of baseball.
Groupe Bellemare and Groupe Somavrac : A partnership of meaning
If this experience is possible, it is partly thanks to the collaboration of Groupe Bellemare and Groupe Somavrac, two family business in the region. The similarity of the companies, which are both family, industrial and located in Trois-Rivières, has been a vector of collaboration.
It is possible to rent the lounge at a price of $1,100 for twenty people. The rental includes a private entrance and VIP parking, a hostess service, unlimited food until the end of the sixth-inning and 60 drinks.
